Cecil V. Richards

  Services for Cecil V. Richards, 66, of Mooringsport, were at 10
a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 31, in Rose-Neath Funeral Home's Marshall
Street Chapel in Shreveport. Burial was in New Mooringsport
Cemetery.

  A Many native, Mr. Richards died Monday, Jan. 29, in Doctors
Hospital, after a long illness. He was a 40 year Shreveport
resident, an independent contractor, a World War II veteran, and
a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion,
and Pipefiters Local No. 826.

  Survivors include wife, Mrs. Cecil V. Richards of Mooringsport;
son, Cecil M. Richards of Monroe; daughter, Hazel Baldwin of
Shreveport; brother, Willie Richards of Gladewater, Texas; and
one grandchild.
