Mrs. Leonie "Nannie" Richards

  Mrs. Leonie "Nannie" Richards, 85, died Tuesday, Dec. 22, at
Sabine Medical Center in Many.

  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 23, at
Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, with interment following at Mt. Carmel
Cemetery. The Rev. Larry DeLoach, and the Rev. Jerry Ford
officiated.

  Survivors include four sons, Allen Ross Richards of Evans, A. G.
Self and wife Wanda of Many, and James Richards, and J. B.
Richards and wife Lula Mae, both of Marthaville; five daughters,
Doris Mott, Dorothy Fay Miller and husband Willmer, and Levinnie
Duncan, all of Many, Jo Ann Pilows and husband, Gleathon of
Groveton, Texas, and Betty Lewing and husband Kenny of Boyce; two
sisters, Mary Green of Hilton, Okla., and Erma Foster of San
Augustine, Texas; one brother, John Self of San Augustine, Texas;
and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great
grandchildren, and friends.
