Jackson Reed

  Funeral services for Jackson Singleton Reed, 75, of Pleasant
Hill, were at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 4, in the Pleasant Hill
Baptist Church, with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

  Services were under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home of
Mansfield.

  Mr. Reed died Wednesday, Nov. 2, after a brief illness.

  He is survived by his widow; one son, Hoyt Reed of Natchitoches;
one daughter, Mrs. Betty Gewin of Mansfield; one sister, Mrs.
Reba Solice of Shreveport; three grandchildren, and five great
grandchildren.
