Mrs. Mattie V. Rhodes

  Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie V. Rhodes, 89, of Many, were
held at 2 p.m., Monday, Mar. 11, at Beulah Baptist Church.
Officiating were Bro. Dan Jones, and Bro. Kenneth Leach.
Interment was at Beulah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Mrs. Rhodes died at 1:25 a.m., Sunday, March 10, 1985, at the
Pleasant Hill Hospital in Pleasant Hill, La.

  She is survived by two sons, C. A. Rhodes, and Fletcher Rhodes,
both of Many; five daughters, Mrs. Cariece Alarid of Many, Mrs.
Eunice Pfeiffer of Elcampo, Texas, Mrs. Johnnie Sibley of
Houston, Texas, Mrs. Della Lout of Bronson, Texas, and Mrs.
Mattie Lea Moreau of Burkesville, Ky.; two sisters, Mrs. Matlain
Ross of Many, and Mrs. Audrey Camp of Shreveport; 20
grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
