Mrs. Jimmie Rogers

  Funeral services for Mrs. Jimmie M. Rodgers, 84, 621 Wall St., who died April 14, at her
home after a long illness, were held April 16 at the Wellman Funeral Home Chapel, with the
Rev. Jack Mobre, pastor of Life Tabernacle, officiating.

  Burial was in the Springridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill.

  A native of Pleasant Hill, Mrs. Rodgers had resided in Shreveport 50 years and was a
member of Life Tabernacle Full Gospel Church.

  Survivors include her husband; two brothers, Davis Allen, and Therman Allen, both of
Shreveport, and three sisters, Mrs. Jack Preston, and Miss Myrtie Allen, both of
Shreveport, and Mrs. Mack O'Neal of Pruitt, Tex.
