Mr. Curtis L. "Doc" Rodrigues

  Mr. Curtis L. "Doc" Rodrigues, 54, of Many, died Friday,
September 5, at Overton Brook VA Medical Center in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, September 8, at
St. John's Catholic Church in Many, with interment following at
St. John's Cemetery. Father William Carey officiated. Rosary
services were held at 7 p.m., Sunday, September 6, at Alford
Heights Baptist Church.

  Survivors include widow, Etta P. Rodrigues of Many; four
children, Tony Rodrigues of Buckley, Mo., Amy Rodrigues of
Charleston, S. C., Cleve Rodrigues, and Lori Rodrigues, both of
Many; mother, Nancy R. Rodrigues of Many; five sisters, Betty
Broome of Slidell, Beverly Sumner of Shreveport, Patsy McLendon,
Glenva Smith, and Rose Sparks, all of Many; five brothers, Ernest
Rodrigues, James "Rabbit" Rodrigues, and Richard Bruce, all of
Many, Aubrey Rodrigues of Kenner, and Fred Remedies of Covington;
and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Rodrigues was preceded in
death by his father, Ernest Rodrigues Sr.

  Pallbearers were Keith McLendon, Patrick McLendon, Jamison
Hedges, Steven Wade Rodrigues, Anthony Bracoto, and Aubrey
Rodrigues Jr. Honorary pallbearers were Victor Anders, and Jody
Alizzi.
