Quinton Derwin Royal

  Services for Mr. Quinton Derwin Royal, 64, were held Tuesday,
Jan. 14, at the Antioch Baptist Church. Officiating were Rev. C.
V. Chance, and Rev. Joseph Chance. Burial was in Antioch
Cemetery.

  Mr. Royal died Saturday, Jan. 11, at his residence in Many, La.

  He is survived by his wife, Muriel Royal of Many; one son, Dale
Royal of Many; two daughters, Rhonda Lightfoot of Many, and Freda
Prewitt of Florien; mother, Melba Royal of Many; two sisters,
Vernell Wagner of Ft. Smith, Ark., Barbara Walder of Many; one
brother, Kenneth Royal of Many; 6 grandchildren; and a host of
nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Jamie Prewitt, Randy Walker, Steve Walker,
Eddie James Chance, Elwin Walker, Kevin Rousseau.

  Alternates were Sherman Lewing Jr., Steve Speer, Spencer Faus,
Dale Barnhill.
