Moses Dess Royal

  Funeral services for Moses Dess Royal, age 59, who died at
Shreveport, Dec. 23, was conducted at Antioch Baptist Church at 2
p.m., Dec. 24, with Rev. Robert Graham officiating. Interment was
in the church cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral
Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. M. D. Royal of Hornbeck; sons,
Wilbur Lee Royal of Hemphill, L. D. Royal of Japan, and David
Royal of Hornbeck; daughters, Mrs. Shirley June McLendon of Many,
Miss Sharon Royal of Hornbeck; brother, Claude Royal of Florien;
sisters, Mrs. Myra Wright of Many, Mrs. V. L. Leach Sr. of
Florien, and Mrs. Eva Miller of Hornbeck; and seven
grandchildren.
