Mrs. Myrtie Elizabeth Rolen

  Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtie Elizabeth Rolen, 77, of Many,
were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 28, at the Warren Meadows
Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. J. R. Hammon officiated. Interment was
in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home of Many.

  Mrs. Rolen died at 8:35 p.m., Monday, March 25, 1985, at the
Sabine Medical Center in Many.

  She is survived by her husband, Mr. John Oscar Rolen of Many;
two daughters, Mrs. Billie Jean Stuart of Williamstown, N. J.,
and Mrs. Betty Jane Lapeyrouse of Many; two brothers, Mr. J. C.
Blackmon of Vidor, Texas, and Mr. Horace Blackmon of Shreveport;
two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Berell of Pineville, and Mrs. Marie
Crutchfield of Many; 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren;
and a host of nieces and nephews.
