Ramsey, 52, of Shreveport, was held Wednesday, at 2:30 p.m., at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Bossier City. Dr. Damon Vaugn, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Bossier officiated. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery in Bossier. Mrs. Ramsey died Saturday, following a brief illness. She was a native of Many. Survivors include her husband; one son, Gary B. Piper of Marion, Ill.; four sisters, Mrs. Raymond Bond, Mrs. Walter Richardson, and Eula Sauls, all of Bossier City, and Mrs. O. L. Chance of Hornbeck; five brothers, Lloyd McNeely of Bossier City, John McNeely of Bossier City, John McNeely of Houston, Lester McNeely of Chicago, Ill., Leman McNeely of Vinton.
