The Sabine Index - Vicky Wayne Rains

  19 Oct 1956 - Funeral services for Vicky Wayne Rains, 3
years, who died at a Ville Platte hospital Friday, Oct. 12 was
conducted at Latter Day Saints chapel at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13
with Elder Mack Hayes, Jr., of Many and Rev. Dyess of Rosepine
officiating. Interment was in Cedar Grove cemetery under the
direction of Warren Funeral home.

  Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Rains,
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Claud Goodman of Many, Mr. and Mrs.
Walter Carter of Rosepine, great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. A.
Hardy of Many and Mrs. Lily Woods of Pleasant Hill, Uncles,
Gerald Rains of Many; Donald Rains with the U. S. army, Bennie
Doyle Goodman of Many; Aunts, Mrs. Lucille Nolen of Rosepine and
Mrs. B. F. Miller of Florien.
