Malcolm Dorr Rains

  Services for Mr. Malcolm Dorr Rains, 72, of Pleasant Hill, were
held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, at the Springridge Baptist
Church in Pleasant Hill. The Rev. Gayle Dean officiated. Burial
was in Springridge Cemetery, under the direction of Drewett
Funeral Home in Mansfield.

  Mr. Rains died Monday, February 3, 1986, at his residence, after
a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of Pleasant Hill.

  He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Breaux of
Lafayette, Mrs. Muriel Boger, and Mrs. Christine Emmons of
Leesville, and Mrs. Marie R. Lively of Pleasant Hill.
