Archie Gerald Rains (Photo)

  Services for Archie Gerald Rains, 55, were held at 2 p.m.,
Monday, December 2, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints, with Bishop Stan Hayes officiating. Interment followed in
Cedar Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Mr. Rains died Saturday, Nov. 30, at Sabine Medical Center in
Many.

  He is survived by his wife Marie Foshee Rains of Many; two sons,
Kenneth Dean Rains of Many, and Billy Ray Rains of Robeline; two
daughters, Sherry Renee Sanders of Many, and Rhonda Denise Rains,
also of Many; mother and father-in-law, Nuell and Ruby Foshee;
one brother, Bennye Doyle Goodman of Many; and nine
grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Jr. Berry, Carlos Berry, Terry Foshee, Mickey
Goodman, Ellis Rains, and Timmy Goodman. Honorary pallbearers
were Bobby Goodman, Michael Berry, and Robert Berry.
