W. E. (Bill) Rains

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., March ? for W. E. Rains,
at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Olan
Walters, and Rev. N. G. Moody officiating.

  Burial was in Pisgah Cemetery (Marthaville), with Warren Meadows
Funeral Home in charge.

  Mr. Rains died in Zwolle, March 6, after a short illness.

  Survivors are five brothers, H. E. Rains, Raleigh Rains, and Roy
Rains, all of Shreveport, B. D. Rains, and R. J. Rains, both of
Marthaville; three sisters, Mrs. M. J. Kissick, and Miss Delia
Mae Rains, both of Marthaville, Vera R. Curry of Shreveport; a
number of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were E. E. Campbell, Thurman Middleton, Nolan
Gamble, John Sanders, Edgar Winn, Bro. Geo. Allbritton.

  Honorary pallbearers were Arthur Cotton, Eartis Freeman, Henry
A. Berry, Carson Campbell.
