Hosea Remedies

  Mr. Hosea Remedies, 72, of Zwolle, died on Thursday, Jan. 2, at
8:15 a.m., in Many, after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held on Saturday, Jan. 4, at 10 a.m., in
the St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Msgr. Robert C. Friend
officiating. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his widow, Sarah Remedies of Zwolle; 3 sons,
Phillip, John A., and Hosea, Jr., all of Zwolle; 6 daughters,
Mrs. Leo Parrie, Mrs. Andrew Sepulvado, Mrs. Steve Longoria, all
of Zwolle, Mrs. Roland Hoffman of Miller, Mo., Mrs. Robert Harper
of Dallas, Tex., and Mrs. Johnny Mouser of Shreveport; a half
sister, Mrs. Clarence Parrie of Zwolle; 44 grandchildren, and 18
great grandchildren.
