Lucy S. Remedies

  Lucy S. Remedies, 78, of Zwolle, died in Jasper (Tex.) Memorial
Hospital, at 9:35 p.m., on Wednesday, June 25.

  Survivors include her husband, Joe Remedies Sr. of Zwolle; three
sons, Hosea Remedies, Joe B. Remedies, and Fred Remedies, all of
Zwolle; two brothers, Bees Sanchez, and Eli Sanchez, both of
Zwolle; one half brother, Walter Rivers of Zwolle; two sisters,
Julie Sanchez of Zwolle, and Ellen Remedies of Many; 15
grandchildren, and a number of great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Friday, June 27, at 10 a.m., in St.
Joseph's Catholic Church. Father Patrick Scully officiated.
Burial was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
