Remedies Funeral services for Mrs. Lenna A. Remedies, 60, were held at 2 p.m., May 5, 1995, at St. Johns Catholic Church in Many. Father Kenneth Williams officiated. Interment was in St. Johns Catholic Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Mrs. Remedies passed away May 2, at Schumpert Hospital in Shreveport. Mrs. Remedies was born November 29, 1934, to Walter and Hattie Hood Freeman in Hulbert, Okla. Survivors include her husband Hildo Remedies of Many; three daughters, Faye and husband Jonah Carver of Mogadore, Ohio, Jennifer and husband Bobby Bennett, and Jill and husband Charles Strickland, all of Many; one son, Jeff Remedies of Many; foster son, Joel Aaron; five sisters, Kathryn Clausen of DeLand, Fla., Virginia Onorato of Las Vegas, Nevada, Christine Hayes of Kansas City, Mo., Betty Shields of Tulsa, Okla., and Erma Lannen of Wagoner, Okla.; two brothers, Bill Freeman of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Warren D. Freeman of Fairfield Bay, Ark.; six grandchildren, Colby Strickland, Aaron Strickland, Chastin Strickland, Chelsie Strickland, Joshua Bennett, and Allison Bennett; a host of friends; and close friends, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Adams, and Mr. and Mrs. George Free. Mrs. Remedies was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Freeman; and one sister, Glenda Yvonne Freeman; and three brothers, Carl Matthew Freeman, Harold N. Freeman, and Verle D. Freeman.
