Robert "Bob" Remedies

  Funeral services for Robert "Bob" Remedies, 76, were held at 10
a.m., May 1, 1995, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle.

  Father John Kennedy, and Father Danny Walsh officiated.
Interment was in St. Joseph Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Mr. Remedies passed away April 28, at Sabine Medical Center in
Many.

  Mr. Remedies was born July 13, 1918, to Julie Leone and Simon
Remedies in Zwolle.

  Mr. Remedies married Gladys Beebe, May 18, 1940, in Sabine
Parish. He was a veteran of World War Two.

  Mr. Remedies was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty
Remedies.

  Survivors include his wife, Gladys Beebe Remedies of Zwolle;
four daughters, Billie Garza of Shreveport, Barbara Ezernack, and
Doreen Sepulvado, both of Zwolle, and Dianne Roberts of Houston;
six sons, Bobby Remedies of Shreveport, Benny Remedies, Danny
Remedies, Dennis Remedies, Douglas Remedies, and Donald Remedies,
all of Zwolle; two sisters, Simona Maxey of Marthaville, and
Tulla Malmay of Zwolle; two brothers, Flo Remedies, and Tom
Remedies, both of Zwolle; 30 grandchildren; 16 great
grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

  Military graveside services were conducted by D.A.V. Chapter 21.

  Pallbearers were his sons.

  Honorary pallbearers were his grandsons.
