Interment was at St. John's Cemetery, under the direction of Les Fontaine Funeral Home. Mr. Remedies passed away July 16, at his residence. He was born March 28, 1932, in Zwolle. He was a Dryer Feeder at Boise Cascade, and a member of St. John's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Margerine (Margie) Remedies of Many; one daughter, Anna and her husband Robert Salley of Bossier City; five sisters, Ardell Root of Bossier City, Verlin Melton of Benton, Mary Brock, Theresa Wildes, Dorothy Schevers, all of Shreveport; six brothers, John Remedies of Shreveport, Gene Remedies of Robeline, Robert Remedies of Decatur, Ala., Gerald Remedies of Stonewall, Thomas Remedies, and Larry Remedies, both of Dequincy; one granddaughter, Leslie Carroll Salley. Pallbearers were Jack Remedies, Joe Wildes, Creed Lester, Kenneth Remedies, Herman Remedies, and Billy Alford.
