Ruby Maxey Remedis

  Funeral services for Ruby Maxey Remedis, 67, of Zwolle, were
held Tuesday, August 20, 1996, at 3:30 p.m., at St. Joseph's
Catholic Church in Zwolle. Officiating was Father Danny Walsh.
Interment was at St. Joseph's Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Remedis passed away Monday, August 19, at Schumpert Medical
Center in Shreveport. She was a resident of Zwolle, and a member
of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

  Mrs. Remedis was preceded in death by her father, Joe Maxey;
mother, Lela Procell Wilburn; and brother, Jerry Sepeda.

  She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Tom Remedis; two
sons, Jerry Remedis, and Wayne Remedis, both of Zwolle; three
grandchildren, Jessica Remedis, Jarrad Remedis, and Regina
Remedis; five sisters, Jewell Phillips, Johnnie Bell Remedies, Jo
Ann Warren, Carolyn Stockton, and Peggy Mobley; six brothers,
Wilbert Maxey, Billy Sepeda, Herman Sepeda, Jack Sepeda, Edward
Sepeda, and Danny Wilburn.

  Pallbearers were Raymond Remedis, Ronnie Sepulvado, Louis
Meyers, Jackie Craig, Todd McNeely, and Randel O'Banion.
