Mr. Hildo Murray Remedies, Jr. (Photo)

  Mr. Hildo Murray Remedies Jr., 73, died Sunday, Sept. 27, at IHS
Nursing Home.

  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 30, at
St. John Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. John
Cemetery. Father Kenneth Williams will officiate.

  Survivors include three daughters, Faye Carver and husband Jonah
of Livingston, Texas, Jennifer Bennett and husband Robert, and
Jill Strickland and husband Charles, both of Many; one son, Jeff
Remedies of Many; one sister, Edna Leone of Many; three brothers,
Henry Remedies and wife Hazel of New Orleans, Phillip Remedies
and wife Leola, and Monroe Remedies, both of Many; six
grandchildren, Colby, Aaron, Joshua, Chastin, Chelsie, and
Allison; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Mr. Remedies
was preceded in death by his wife, Lenna Remedies; and a foster
son, Joel Aaron.

  Pallbearers will be Alfice Brumley, Charlie Remedies, Dean
Lambert, Ray Remedies, Sam Tarpley, Kenneth Remedies, Mike
Remedies, and Willard Sibley.
