Remedies Funeral services were conducted Dec. 15, at Zwolle First Methodist Church, for George Willis Remedies of Zwolle. Mr. Remedies, 39, of Zwolle, was fatally injured in an accident at a lumber company in Zwolle, Dec. 12. Remains were taken to Zwolle First Methodist Church, at 9 Friday morning, to lie in state until service time at 10. Officiating at the services was the Rev. Hal Cansler. Burial was in St. John Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nancy Remedies of Zwolle; four sons, George Michael Remedies of Berwick, Andrew Paul, Richard Wesley, and Daniel Will Remedies, all of Zwolle; three daughters, Mrs. Susan Sittig of DeQuincy, Miss Mary Sheree, and Miss Tammy Remedies, both of Zwolle; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Remedies of Zwolle; seven brothers, Ben, Johnny, Gene, Gerald, Thomas, and Lawrence Remedies, all of Many, and Robert Remedies of Bossier city; and five sisters, Mrs. Mary Startwell of Shreveport, Mrs. Verline Schroeder of Haughton, Mrs. Theresa Wildes of Ft. Ord, Calif., Mrs. Dorothy Stewart of El Paso, Tex., and Mrs. Andell McGill of Shreveport.
