All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Mrs. Lester Randolph Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, for Mrs. Lester Randolph, 46, of Blanchard, who was killed Friday in a automobile accident near Karnack, Tex. A resident of Blanchard for the past four years, Mrs. Randolph was a native of Florien, and a former resident of Shreveport. She was an employee of Thiokol Chemical Co. in Karnack, and was a member of the Northwood Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband; her mother, Mrs. W. P. Funderburk of Florien; one son, Jerry W. Randolph of Shreveport; three sisters, Mrs. Neoma Crager of Shreveport, Mrs. Velma Miller of Florien, and Mrs. Rena Small of Lufkin, Tex.; four brothers, the Rev. J. I. Funderburk of Shreveport, the Rev. A. M. Funderburk of Bloomberg, Tex., and Harold Funderburk, and Luther Funderburk, both of Florien; and five grandchildren. The Rev. Jimmy Eppinette, pastor of Northwood Baptist Church, officiated at the services in Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Lavelle Kennedy of Social Springs Baptist Church assisting. Burial was in Centuries Memorial Park.
