Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, July 26, at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following at Oak Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Roy Dowden officiated. Mr. Randolph was a devoted husband, father, and patriot, CWO2 (retired). He served his country in the United States Marine Corp. from 1937-1958. He was a decorated veteran, who fought for his country in WWII, and the Korean War. Survivors include his spouse, Ida Randolph of Hornbeck; one son, James Randolph Jr. and wife Judy of Rockwall, Texas; one daughter, Mary E. Leifheit and husband Roger of Lansing, Mich.; two sisters, Violet Nichols of Many, and Nancy L. Tiner of Blanchard; one brother, Huey Randolph of Texas; three grandchildren, Eric Randolph, and Brett Randolph, both of Shreveport, and Sarah Leifheit Bates of Lansing, Mich.; five great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
