John H. Reynolds

  Services for Mr. John H. Reynolds, 60, of Castor, were held at 2
p.m., Friday, October 22, at the Old Saline Baptist Church in
Saline. Rev. Ray Penfield, and Rev. Bill Dyess officiated. Burial
was in the Carolina Cemetery near Saline. Arrangements were under
the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home in Jonesboro.

  He died Wednesday evening, October 20, 1982, at his residence
near Castor, after a lengthy illness.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dolene Caskey Reynolds of
Castor; two sons, Gary Reynolds of Burns Flat, Okla., and Thomas
Reynolds of Castor; three daughters, Mrs. Sue Dixon of Castor,
Mrs. Thelma Jarnigan of Nacoma Park, Okla., and Renae Reynolds of
Castor; one brother, Harley B. Reynolds of Ringgold; six sisters,
Mrs. Josie Windham of Shreveport, Mrs. Polly Higgins of Saline,
Mrs. Viola Williford of Livingston, Tex., Mrs. Gracie Nelson of
Robeline, Mrs. Dolly Butler of Shreveport, and Mrs. Bonnie Gwynn
of Houston, Tex.; nine grandchildren.
