Mrs. Evelyn Laverne Shaw

  Mrs. Evelyn Laverne Shaw, 69, of Many died Tuesday, Jan. 13 at
Willis Knighton in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15 at Many
Church of the Nazarene with interment following at Ft. Jesup Cemetery
in Many. Dr. Ralph West and the Rev. Lowell Bell officiated.

  Survivors include her husband, J. Dean Shaw of Many; one daughter,
Kathryn Cullimore of Many; two sisters, Inez Sibley of Many and Eula
Mae Hoffpauir of West Lake; two brothers, Dewey Cooper of Sam Rayburn,
Texas and Charles Cooper of Many; one granddaughter; Ester Cullimore
of Many; a host of nieces and nephews.

  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holly Grove Church of
the Nazarene Building Fund.
