All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Louise Shaw Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Shaw, 38, of Shreveport, were held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27, in the Wellman's Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Shaw died at 7:05 a.m., Sunday, in Physicians & Surgeons Hospital, after a sudden illness. The Shreveport native was assistant administrator in the Department of Surgery, at LSU Medical School. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Shreveport, and the AMAS. Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Anthony Ferrier of Ashdown, Ark.; two sons, Ricky Pavlik, and Bobby Shaw, Jr., two daughters, Alica Pavlik, and Michele Pavlik, and a brother, Robert Ferrier, all of Shreveport; and four sisters,. Mrs. Lola Polasek of Bossier City, Mrs. Linda LaComb of Many, Mrs. Yvonne Davison of Beaumont, Tex., and Mrs. Dianne Corbell of Ashdown. Officiating for the services was the Rev. John P. Willman, pastor of the First Lutheran Church of Shreveport. Burial was in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
