Henry William Shaw

  Funeral rites for Henry William Shaw, 22, a former Joaquin,
Texas resident, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the
Beulah Baptist Church near Logansport, with the Rev. Herman
Shield officiating.

  Burial was in the church cemetery, under the direction of Mangum
Funeral Home of Center, Texas.

  Mr. Shaw died suddenly, Sunday, in Joaquin.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Gladys Shaw of Shreveport; his
father, Jack Shaw of Many; four brothers, Thomas Shaw, and George
Shaw, both of Shreveport, Cecil Shaw of Noble, and Gordon Shaw of
Kansas City, Mo.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Posey of Joaquin; his
stepmother, Mrs. Myrtle Lee Shaw of Many; and three half
brothers, Franklin Shaw, James Shaw, and Jack Shaw Jr., all of
Nacogdoches.
