Mary Jane Speight

  Services for Mrs. Mary Jane Speight, 87, were held at 2 p.m.,
Sunday, August 22, 1993, at Little Flock Baptist Church.
Officiating was Rev. J. P. King, and Rev. Howard Arnold. Burial
was held at Little Flock Cemetery.

  Mrs. Speight died Friday, August 20, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., at Byrd
Regional Hospital in Leesville.

  She is preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Johnson Speight.

  She is survived by one son, Sidney Joe Speight of Many; six
daughters, Ramona Waller of Kennard, Tex., Marjorie Bailey of
Mesquite, Tex., Jimmie Farris of Picayune, Miss., Rose Tholen of
Pasadena, Tex., Barbara Remedies of Many, and Charlene Conacher
of Leesville; one sister, Pearlee Anthony of Many; one brother,
J. W. Williams of Many; eighteen grandchildren; twenty eight
great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
