Mr. Henry Ivy Savell, Sr.

  Mr. Henry Ivy Savell, Sr., 80, of Many died Thursday, Jan. 15 at
Sabine Medical Center in Many.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan 17 at Warren
Meadows Chapel in Many with interment at Oak Hill Cemetery in Many.
Graveside services were conducted by the Sabine Chapter #21 of the
DAV. The Rev. Earl Warren, Dr. Edwin Scott and the Rev. Bob Spear
officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Labency Savell of Many; one son, Henry
Savell, Jr. of Many; three daughters, Linda Savell and Dianne
Hanephin, both of Many and Dale Newsom of Jonesboro; two sisters,
Opal Corley and Eunice Gentry, both of Many; two brothers, Lester
Savell of Florien and Milton Savell of Lake Charles; eight
grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
