John Benton Sibley

  John Benton Sibley, 82, of Many, died in Fraser Hospital on
Saturday, Feb. 11, at 8:15 p.m., following an extended illness.

  Mr. Sibley is survived by his widow, Amanda Sibley of Many; one
son, D. W. Sibley of Houston, Tex.; two daughters, Lucille
Boatright of Shreveport, and Imogene Donovan of Miami, Fla.; two
sisters, Josie Pickett of Many, and Lennie Roberson of
Shreveport; five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Beulah Baptist Church on
Monday, Feb. 13, at 1 p.m. The Rev. Cody Salter, and the Rev.
Kenneth Leach officiated. Burial was in Beulah Cemetery, under
the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
