Hattie Marie Savell

  Services for Mrs. Hattie Marie Savell, 69, were held at 9 a.m.,
Wednesday, December 16, at Little Flock Cemetery. Burial was held
in Little Flock Baptist Church, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Savell died Sunday, December 13, at Schumpert Medical
Center in Shreveport.

  She is survived by one son, Edgar Dale Savell of Longview; two
daughters, Lanell Graham of Shreveport, and Charlotte Beasley of
Stavanger; one sister, Audrey Walker of Jacksonville; five
brothers, Cedric Speight of Ft. Jesup, C. W. Speight of Many,
Eugene Speight of Many; eleven grandchildren; and five great
grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

  She is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar P. Savell; and a
son, Donald Ross Savell.
