Sibley, 72, of Port Arthur, Tex., died Friday, April 5, after an extended illness. Surviving are one son, Herbert Sibley of Port Arthur; one daughter, Mrs. Maxine Jawdon of Tampa, Fla.; four brothers, Roy Sibley, Zwolle, Pierce Sibley, Mansfield, and Lawrence, and Harold Sibley, both of New Port News, Va.; four sisters, Mrs. L. C. Duggan of Port Arthur, Mrs. H. J. Felts of Many, Mrs. Dan Jones of Diball, Tex., Miss Lillian Sibley of Lake Charles, and Mrs. J. A. Kelly, Hornbeck; and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held Sunday, April 7, in the Prospect Methodist Church, with Rev. Weldon Langley, and Rev. L. E. Milam officiating. Interment was in Prospect Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
