Guy Benton Sibley

  Last rites for Guy Benton Sibley, age 80, who died suddenly,
Oct. 24, were conducted at Oak Hill Baptist Church at 10 a.m.,
Oct. 26, with Rev. V. R. Miller, and Rev. J. P. King officiating.
Interment was in Fender Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were his grandsons.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mammie Sibley of Many; four sons,
William of Mansfield, Grover of Shreveport, Coleman, and Ovord,
both of Many; four daughters, Mrs. Leona Shepard of Mansfield,
Mrs. Essie Jordan of Overton, Tex., Mrs. Viola Cox of Lakeland,
Fla., and Mrs. Evelyn Ervin of Houston, Tex.; one brother, Joe
Sibley of Grant; one sister, Mrs. J. H. Word of El Paso, Texas;
22 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
