Melvin J. Sepulvado

  Melvin J. Sepulvado, 65, died in the Dallas Medical Center in
Dallas, Tex., at 7:30 a.m., Friday, Aug. 15.

  Survivors include his stepmother, Mrs. Ellen Sepulvado of
Zwolle; two sons, Melvin Sepulvado, Jr., and Jimmy Lee Sepulvado,
both of Lake Charles; two daughters, Patsy Ann Reeves of Lake
Charles, and Mary Jane Casey of Houston, Tex.; one brother,
Clifton Sepulvado of Zwolle; two half brothers, Herman Sepulvado
of Arkansas, and Floyd Sepulvado of Shreveport; one sister, Clara
Nichols of Beaumont, Tex.; four half sisters, Blanche Bowien, and
Sylvia Hay, both of Zwolle, Ruby Spence of Lake Charles, and Cuby
Lyons of Sulphur; and six grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held in the St. Joseph Catholic Church at
10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 18. Father Patrick A. Scully officiated.
Burial followed in the church cemetery, under the direction of
the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
