Jeff Phillip Sepulvado

  Services for Mr. Jeff Phillip Sepulvado, 37, of Shreveport, were
held at 2 p.m., Friday, March 12, at Wellman Funeral Home Chapel.
The Rev. Angelo Messina, pastor of St. Catherine Catholic Church,
officiated. Burial was in Forest Park West.

  Mr. Sepulvado died Wednesday, March 10, at Willis Knighton
Medical Center, after a long illness. He was born in Zwolle, and
had been a resident of Shreveport for 19 years. He was a tree
surgeon for McCoy Co., of Shreveport. He was a Catholic.

  Mr. Sepulvado is survived by his widow, Carolyn Sue Sepulvado;
one son, Jeff P. Sepulvado; and three daughters, Michelle
Sepulvado, Rhonda Sepulvado, and Yolanda Sepulvado, all of
Shreveport; his mother; four brothers; and four sisters.

  Pallbearers were Kenneth Shankle, Gerald Remedies, Pat McNeat,
Bobby Tackett, Darrell Greeman, Bonnie Williams, Gerald
Underwood, Billy Tackett.
