Father Dan Walsh officiated the service. Burial followed at St. Joseph's Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Sepulvado, age 97, passed on Thursday, May 23rd, at SMC in Many, after a short illness. He was born Jan. 10, 1894, and was a lifelong resident of Blue Lake Community, a WWI veteran, and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen Castie Sepulvado. Survivors include one sister, Susan Sepulvado of Zwolle; one sister-in-law, Angelina Sepulvado of Mansfield; two sons, Monroe Sepulvado and his wife Clara of Tenaha, Texas, Melvin Sepulvado and his wife Mary Ann of Shreveport; one daughter, Kathryn Fuller and her husband Eugene of Zwolle; 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews, and friends. Pallbearers were Eldon Sepulvado, James Ebarb, Chris Sepulvado, Donnie Garcie, Jessie Sepulvado, and Danny Sepulvado. The family requests memorials be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Zwolle, La.
