He was the loving husband of Catherine Ebarb Sepulvado of Zwolle. He was the respected father and father-in-law of Robert and Pam Sepulvado of Zwolle, Joe and Debbie Sepulvado of Shreveport, David and Anna Sepulvado of DeRidder, and Ronnie (Mook) and Helen Sepulvado of Zwolle. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Mattie Sepulvado; and a brother, William (Buddy) Sepulvado. He will be sadly missed by his brother, Lee Curtis Sepulvado of Killeen, Tex.; four sisters, Elvie Procell, Ethel Laroux, Rosie Martinez, and Eloise Laroux, all of Zwolle. He was known as "Popo" by 13 grandchildren; and one great grandchild, for whom he cherished with all his heart. Uncle Charlie loved sports, especially baseball and softball, for which he was a devoted fan. He was happiest riding around, taking people places, running errands, feeding the goats, chickens, and squirrels, or just visiting friends and relatives. He was well known and respected by the whole community, and will long be remembered sitting on his porch in his big rocking chair, yelling and waving to the people who passed. His funeral was held Saturday, March 20, 1993, at 10 a.m., with Father Danny Walsh officiating at St. Joseph Church, for which he was a faithful member. Burial followed at the church cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were members of the D.A.V., and V.F.W. of Ebarb and Zwolle. Other pallbearers were Kenny Ebarb, Barry Garcie, Charles Broux, Danny Roberts, Roger Lopez, Randall Procell, Ronnie Remedies, and Doc Sepulvado.
