Phyllis Ann Sepulvado

  Last rites for Phyllis Ann Sepulvado, two weeks old, who died at
Zwolle Friday, Sept. 21, were conducted at St. Joseph Catholic
Church, at 9 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, with Rev. Father C. C.
Friend officiating. Interment was in St. Joseph Cemetery, under
the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Sepulvado;
brothers, Johnny, Pat, and Kenneth Raymond; sisters, Veronica,
and Gloria Neel, all of Zwolle; grandparents, Will Sepulvado, and
Mrs. Lucy Malmay, all of Zwolle.
