Daniel J. Spillers

  Funeral services for Daniel J. Spillers, 92, who died Friday,
July 23, in a Leesville Clinic, were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, in
the East Leesville Baptist Church, with the Rev. Aubrey Boswell
officiating. Burial was in the Mitchell Cemetery in Anacoco, under
the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville.

  Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Charlie Burns of Leesville,
Mrs. Ruby Snell of Hornbeck, Mrs. Ethel McKinney of Houston, Mo.;
two sisters, Mrs. Josephine Perkins of Jena, Mrs. Maggie Mitchell of
Leesville; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; five
great-great-grandchildren.
