The Sabine Index - Rosa Spier

  13 Feb 1948 - Mrs. Rosa Spier, age 76, passed away in an
Alexandria hospital after a long illness.  Last rites were
conducted from the chapel of Massingill funeral home 2 p.m.
Monday by Rev. Charles S. Miers, pastor First Baptist church,
Many.

  Surviving relatives include: husband, A. L. Spier, Many;
sons, J. L. Spier, Many; sons, J. L. Spier, Many and H. B.
Spier, Brookhaven, Miss., daughter, Mrs. Rebecca Pierce, New
Orleans, Mrs. Joe Pur4sey, Helena, Ark., Mrs. R. T. Morris,
Camden, Ark., and five grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were C. E. Brumley, D. D. Thedford, A. L. Head,
O. A. Horn, T. M. Phillips and Edwin Fraser.
