King Spears 
  
  King Spears, 77, of Hornbeck, died Tuesday, Jan. 25, at 
Alexandria, after an extended illness. 
  
  Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 25, at 2 p.m., at 
the Oak Grove Bible Basptist Church, with the Rev. Robert Graham, 
and the Rev. Wayne Reed officiating. Burial will be in the Oak 
Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral 
Home. 
  
  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Alma Spears of Hornbeck, and three 
half sisters, Bertie Lee Dowden of Natchitoches, Etta Jane 
Vickers of Hemphill, and Lillie Robertson of Gladewater, Tex.
