Allen Spears

  Services for Allen Lawrence Spears, 73, of Princeton, were at
2:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 9, in the Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home
Chapel in Coushatta. The Rev. Louis Attaway officiated, and
burial was in Hand Cemetery.

  Mr. Spears died Friday, Oct. 7

  Survivors include his widow; sons, Oscar Spears of Princeton,
Almos Spears, and Norris Spears, both of Houston, and Ray Spears
of Bossier City; daughters, Mrs. Bernice Heater of Coushatta,
Mrs. Leona Hill of Converse, and Mrs. Nell Martin of Princeton;
sisters, Mrs. Irene Martin of Coushatta, and Mrs. Ruby Bahm of
Shreveport; 14 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
