Harold L. Sistrunk

  Harold Lloyd Sistrunk, 45, of Converse, died Tuesday morning,
March 11, in an oilwell rig accident near Converse.

  The funeral was at 3 p.m., Thursday, March 13, in Mitchell
Methodist Church, with the Rev. Marie Williams, and the Rev. Bob
Miller officiating. Burial was in Mitchell Cemetery.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Sylvia Sistrunk of Converse;
one son, Michael Lloyd Sistrunk of Jefferson, Texas; one
daughter, Karen Lynn Bumgardner of Jefferson; two stepsons,
Wyndell W. George of Converse, and Larry R. George of Houston;
his mother, Mrs. Myrtle Sistrunk of Mitchell; six sisters, Sybil
Emmons of Mitchell, Mildred Scimemi of Lake Charles, Dollye Green
of Converse, Joeann Saylor of Dallas, Dorothy Fain of Shreveport,
and Celesta Mae Taylor of Minden; one brother, Wesley Sistrunk of
Lake Charles; and two grandchildren.
