Norma Jones Sistrunk

  Shreveport, La. - Funeral services for Norma Jones Sistrunk, 56,
will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, December 31, 2001, at
Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Father Pike
Thomas, pastor of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park.

  The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.,
Sunday, December 30, 2001, at the funeral home.

  Mrs. Sistrunk was born in Shreveport, La. on December 30, 1944,
and passed away December 28, 2001. Norma graduated from Woodlawn
High School, class of 1963, Centenary College, and LSU, Baton
Rouge. She taught in the Caddo Parish School District for several
years, and retired from the City of Shreveport.

  Mrs. Sistrunk was preceded in death by her parents, Norman G.
Jones and Marjorie V. Jones; and son, Michael D. Sistrunk.

  She is survived by her husband of 37 years, David D. Sistrunk;
son, Mark D. Sistrunk; his wife, Shannon; and their son, Coleman
Lane; son, Adam H. Sistrunk; his wife, Louise; and their son,
Adam Patrick; and an uncle and aunt, A. T. and Marjorie Vicken.

  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to
Shriners Hospital.
