Rev. W. L. Williams officiated. Interment was in the Pilgrim Star Cemetery in Florien. Mrs. Ophelia was a native of Florien for many years, the moved to Shreveport, where she made her home until her death. She died May 27, 1985, at 4:45 a.m., Monday morning. Surviving relatives include two daughters, Mrs. Bessie Lee Nelson of Monroe, Mrs. Nevelyn Danyres of Waukegan, Illinois; one son, Mr. Allen James Warren of Shreveport; one brother, Mr. Harvey Dock White, Sr. of Lake Charles; thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
