Mr. Oscar Raymond Stephenson, Jr.

  Mr. Oscar Raymond Stephenson, Jr., 76, of Zwolle died Friday, Nov. 19, 1999 at Toledo
Nursing Center,

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22 at First United Methodist Zwolle
with interment following at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Apple Springs, Texas. The Rev. Ted
Freeland officiated.

  Mr. Stephenson was a Mason for 30 years and he was married for 53 years.

  Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Maxine Stephenson of Zwolle; son, Oscar R.
Stephenson III and wife Victoria Stephenson, both of Texarkana, Ark.; son, Willie Mack
Stephenson and wife Hilary Stephenson, both of Baton Rouge; daughter, Lydia Gordon and
husband Greg Gorden, both of Houston, Texas; son-in-law, Vernon Rivers of Zwolle; a host
of nieces and nephews; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
