Miller, Houston, Texas, 6:25 p.m. Tuesday of last week. She was a member of the Methodist church and Katherine B. chapter No. 31 Order Eastern Star of Hornbeck. Mrs. Stephens is survived by two son, Hugh T. Miller, Houston, Texas and J. W. Stephens, Beaumont, Texas; a daughter, Mrs. J. E. Halpin, Beaumont, Texas; eight brothers, I. K., I. A., C. M. and J. P. Leach, all of Houston, Texas, C. T. Leach, Hornbeck, A. C. Leach, Leesville, G. C. Leach, Los Angeles, calif., G. G. Leach, Edinburg; four sisters Mrs. D. A. Maddox, Houston, Texas, Mrs. N. Selph, Florien, Mrs. C. G. Gibbs, Waco, Texas, Mrs. H. L. Weathers, Shreveport; two grandsons and four granddaughters. Funeral services were at 4 p.m. Thursday at King funeral home. Rev. T. C. Jester and Rev. A. J. Hall of Hornbeck officiating. Burial was in Forst Park cemetery, Houston, King funeral home directing. Pallbearers, all nephews, were Julian Bush, Elton Leach, Elma Leach, J. P. Leach, Jr., Donald Leach, Claude Leach, Jr.
