Mrs. Hazel F. Stephens

  12 Feb 1992 - Services for Mrs. Hazel F. Stephens, 81, were held
at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 1992 at Warren Meadow Chapel.
Rev. Earl Marr and Rev. Percy Tibbits officiated. Burial will be
in Ft. Jessup Cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Stephens died Thursday, February 6, 1992 at Schumpert
Medical Center, in Shreveport.

  She is survived by one son, Donal R. Stephens of Florida; one
daughter, Marjorie Hogan of Jefferson; one sister, Ruth Henderson
of Corpus; four brothers, R. T. Leach of Many, C. D. Leach of
Many; Milford Leach of Many; Lester Leach of Vinton; six
grandchildren and numerous of great grandchildren.

  Mrs. Stephens will lie in State in the Funeral Home Friday after
5 p.m.
