Marshall Fort "Hon" Stephenson

  Graveside services were conducted at Centuries Memorial Park in
Shreveport, for Mrs. Marshall Fort "Hon" Stephenson, 92, of
Shreveport, on Friday, Feb. 16, 1996, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Don
Fletcher of Broadacres Baptist Church, officiated.

  Mrs. Stephenson died Wednesday, Feb. 14, at Willis-Knighton
North Medical Center. She was a native of Dallas, and lived in
Shreveport for most of her life. She was a member of Broadacres
Baptist Church of Shreveport, and a homemaker.

  Mrs. Stephenson is survived by three daughters, Shirley
Lambright of Shreveport, Eloise Adams of Bossier City, and
Virginia Goldsby (husband Mason) of Haughton; three sons, Wade
Stephenson (wife Alline) of Shreveport, Ernest Stephenson (wife
Sally) of Florien, and Johnnie Taylor of Shreveport; one brother,
Clyde Evan Fort of San Antonio, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 23 great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and
friends. Honorary pallbearers were her grandsons.
